The app is mostly good. But EQ needs to fix the login experience. I am using biometrics, but STILL have to receive and email code. Super frustrating. Additionally, the checkbox to remember the device and stop the email codes never registers. I hate having to receive a code every time I want to access my account!

Been using it for a year now and can say it's the best banking app I've used. Everything is intuitive and simple, and it even looks beautiful (dark mode is very spiffy). Unlike other banks, the current interest/cash back rate is clearly listed for each account and all details can easily be found. I appreciate how they are upfront and they don't give misleading information. EQ Bank is the only bank that makes me feel like I'm not being taken advantage of.

Still can't add e-transfer contacts on the app. Edit: I've changed it to 3 stars. Basically there's a bug that prevents me from adding contacts from the "Send interac E-transfer" option. You have to click "Manage E-transfer activity" then "contacts" on the bottom right menu button, THEN click "Add contact". If you do it the most intuitive way, it does not work. You have to go around.
