I switched from ios to android recently... not sure why i feel the apps are significantly different at its speeds, and stability. The system kept failing, and the apps frozen when I tried to pair the device via sim code multiple times i haven't succeeded yet .. I have a relatively fast phone other bank apps are fine.

Why can't I set a stronger password? For a bank I'd expect to be able to add symbols and longer passphrase. I also can't change my phone number if my number expired and no longer able to receive messages. (Sorry, I don't have a chip reader either.. who has one lying around the house just to change a phone number??) Edit: Thanks. Meeting regulation doesn't mean your customer feel secure. I'll look for other banks that I can use without going to a public office during the pandemic.

no english version. Useless for international customers. Esun feedback is irrelevant. The all point of using an Android App is to have a suitable interface for phone. Do you want your customer to carry their desktop computer and 24inch screen around with them to use your website because the Android App has no English?
