Can’t find an event I know is there! Not even when I search with the link (that opens in the browser, instead of the app; btw, shouldn't the app have an option to fix this?).

Dear Paul, thank you for your comment. Event organizers choose if their event will be published in the app or if it will be available only on the web. So the event organiser most probably hasn't publish the event for the app. For more info about the specific event please contact us at http://help.eventora.com

To start with, the registration process is very very bad. A. If you choose to sign up with email, you must activate the account via an email sent. But, there is no indication in the app that this is the process to follow, so you try and try to login unsuccesfully. B. Once you sign up you are returned to the login/signup screen without any intermediate step indicating the succes/failure/next step of the registration process. C. Error messages (appearing very briefly) are non-explanatory. To end with, I have no idea how to download my tickets to my phone. None. There is no "add" button, QR code scanner, anything. And not only in the app but in the eventora website too. Help is... not helping. Try searching "add tickets", "download tickets"... nothing comes up. Overall, I spent a litlle less than an hour, trying to understand what to do and how. I failed (or did the app?)

Hi George. Thanks for pointing out that we need to improve our registration process. We are making this process more clear in the upcoming version.
To download the tickets to your phone, login to Eventora app and simply select "My Tickets" form the main menu.
To access your tickets on the web, login on www.eventora.com and select "My Tickets".
