If I make a complaint the app asks to upload a photo, but sometimes I don't have photos related to the complaint and the application doesn't register the complaint without uploading a photo. It has only photo upload facility, I think you should also provide video upload facility and facility to upload more than one photo should also be given.

Useless app! I'm trying for I don't know how many days, Neither it send any OTP nor it allows you to login or register. And without login you can't do anything with the app. Remove it from the platform if you people will only listen to the goons in power and not to the mass.
