Customer care application via smart mobile phones of Central Power Corporation, supporting customers to update timely, fast and convenient information about electricity use. The application supports electricity users in the Central region from Quang Binh to Khanh Hoa and 4 Central Highlands provinces (Kon Tum, Gia Lai, Dak Lak, Dak Nong).
The main functions of the application include:
Notification: The system will actively send a message to the application when there is a notice of electricity bill, power cut schedule, power failure, ...
Lookup: Electricity users can look up electricity usage situation, electricity bill collection points and schedules, load chart, ...
Online electricity service: request to register for electricity purchase, change customer information, access online payment websites.
Other utilities: monitor daily electricity usage, alert consumption, ...
