Intuitive and convenient to use, with information on fees and charges provided upfront. There's a learning curve if you're totally new to the app but nothing you can't figure out quickly. Loving the attention to detail in the latest update. Aside: app now automatically matches the theme on your phone (so, for me, the app now comes in Dark mode 👌🏽)

I have been using it for several transactions over the years. Swift response everytime. Lately i cant log in with fingerprints even though i have selected that option in the app. Have to enter password each time. Secondly, i wish the app could work when you run out of data. Imagine running out of airtime/data and you cant make a purchase because the app wont open.

We currently are zero rated on some of the networks, which allows you to use the App with no Data. We are working hard to have the same arrangement with the remaining networks.

The latest version of the app is prone to crazy delays... So long that you think it's hanged... But nope! It may just be thinking. After login it stops to gather its breath. Just when you click the "pay" button the app decides to ponder the intricacies of the universe before remembering to respond. Not worth using till its fixed to become responsive again
