UPDATE: March '24; it's still broken. Requested to contact tech support. Not necessary. The bugs described are easily reproducible and prolific. Resolve them or I'll have to uninstall and use another vendor. After the new update paying at the pump doesn't work (all pumps show unavailable), the UI is less user friendly & intuitive, and it takes more steps just to be able to pay at the pump (if the pumps were actually working). They've successfully broken everything in one smooth update.

Latest update made the app unusable. Never had any problems with the old version. Now each time I open the app, it cannot load my profile, the worst of all, it cannot find the station I am at. I do not have VPN, I reinstalled the app, still looking for station. I had to do everything manually at the station. What's wrong with this IT team? Reverse back to the old version, fully test the new one before rolling it out. It was not tested properly.

When linking your PC Optimum account to the app, entering the email address and the password manually instead of using autofill often solves the problem. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you.

Convenient when it works. Most times I get an error saying it can't use my card and I should try another one. I tried as many as 4 cards with no success. The few times it has worked it did save me time from joining a line up. Update: the app has been updated but it continues to not be reliable. If this app could just work as intended it's a huge time saver.
