Zero stars! This app is shite. Card transactions are hard to find and get to, and are days behind! Website shows them immediately, so no reason the app can't do the same. App is clunky, hard to navigate and hard to read. Spend some proper money and hire people who know how to design mobile apps. Better off getting them to mobile enable the website. How is this the best you have come up with after so many years of trying?

The latest update has made this app very hard to use. For example, the field you enter the authentication code is now 6 individual fields so you can't copy + paste from authenticator or sms, you have to remember it and type the code into 6 fields. Want to see your transactions? Go thu an unintuitive navigational labyrinth then enter From and To dates to see more than 1 month's worth. Although they've made it very laborious to use, it is prettier. Those 6 auth fields are masked by lovely stars

App is not user friendly. it really needs a total overhaul and needs to be able to save login details. The design seems very basic and unprofessional.
