after installing the app in a month or two asked me to change the password and then the transaction no. but every time i tried to change a new pin, it says error. I even reinstalled the app, however frustrating as ever the same error pops in. please fix the app. So much to learn from our neighouring country India, every bank there have some of the most sophesticated and friendly user apps and the customers feels like carrying their banks in their mobile phones.

Worst app ever. It has almost been 2 months since I installed the app. I have never been able to make payment through this app. Whenever I try to use such service, the reponse would be some error or service currently unavailable. Is the app only to check your account balance and nothing else? Even the banking staff response would be like check your internet connection, we are facing such problem since few days and so on. There is no sense of any responsibility.

The app is good. The thing that's not good is the customer service. The money transfer or balance top-up shows error, plus the balance is cut. The deed is not done and the balance is gone too. To make it worse off, customer support should be called and the matter to be resolve take at least 7 days!! Edit: A 1 star for such a late response from the team, and a negative note for such a bland response then again! A let down, really!!
