I have paid my electric bill through this app since starting services with Farmers. It is easy to navigate, you can report outages, see previous billing history. I have had issues every now and then with the app being down, but that's to be expected and it's always up and running again within a day or so.

Noting it needs updated but no option to update, only uninstall or open, and open does nothing. Can't open and use at all now.
