Very disappointed! I ordered some stuffs from awok and was awaiting the delivery. But I received some messages from fetchr that the delivery couldn't be completed because of the location. They never try to call me to schedule the delivery and rather they provide a link to go to their website to update the location and eventually I had to download this app and update my details on it since their website was not providing that option. This is very unprofessional and I never experienced this with any other service provider

I am very disappointed on so many levels with your service. Staff are very unhelpful and pick up scheduling is such a task! If there is an issue with the application how are people suppose to schedule a pickup! 2 days im trying to schedule a pick up with no result.. sorry but u cannot just depend on an app if it is not up to the efficency

The app does not work. Theres always an issue. I was credited from my account for a pick up service I requested that did not happen. I've called and tried to get in touch to no avail. Horrible experience. Theres also an option to send a message to the delivery guy, but you cant click send?! Unhappy with the app and service.
