Constantly freezes on the opening load screen and I only get the sign-in screen about 25% of the time. When I do, it doesn't accept my password. When I reset the password and try to login, it doesn't recognize the customer account. Even after they email a one-time passcode, they say it's incorrect. I've uninstalled/reinstalled with no improvement. Uploading documents is difficult because it is very specific about the file type but doesn't communicate what it needs. Incredibly frustrating.

I haven't run into any issues with this app yet, though I just started using it. This app is a lot better than the one for my precious insurance. You can easily find information about your policy from within the app. The whole social media aspect of it might be a bit confusing for those who aren't very technologically inclined. I did see someone post their invoice in the social media tab. Otherwise, looks great, no issues logging in or navigating around.

App has worked well for me, except for uploading files, but I can already log onto the computer for that. I love this company. The rates are very good when comparing and you get to change the coverage such as deductable and % you get back. I've made claims on my cat a few times in the past year I've been with them, she has has aspiration, pneumonia, etc., and the claims went through just fine.
