App is chunky and difficult to use. It is one of the worst banking apps that exists. Not user-friendly, and the user interface is very archaic. It functions, but my honest feedback is that it's not great.

JUNK APP!! When I tried to log onto the web to pay my credit card bill it told me basically this option and site were no longer available. To download the app. I did. Then when I tried to log on, it says my username and password are incorrect. It was not! If you click reset password it says, For new online customer enrollment only.. I'm sorry but I am not going to call in everytime I want to make a payment on my credit card they charge extra for that and I refuse to do so. This is asinine.

Every time I log into this app we have to request a code. Every time it takes hours to receive a code via text or email. Unless it's via a phone call. And if the only way a person can log in is to make a phone call, what is the point of having an app to access your account online. The previous app worked just fine. We never had a glitch. I will never understand why techs feel the need to fix what is NOT broken, only to break it.
