I find the ScotRail app to be the easiest train app to nagivate. I particularly find the 'Live Times' to be useful, and they tend to be very accurate, but the only issue is that your train disappears from the tracker after your stop has passed, which can be a pain when you want to know delayed arrival times. But all things considered, this app is fantastic.

Great app. But when there is a replacement bus service can you make it bolder and say "warning: replacement bus" or similar. Its harder to see the "bus" comment walking up to darker rural stations. The bus doesnt always leave directly from the station. I nearly missed my last possible train and then follow-on bus. But otherwise a great app to use. Thanks

Buying tickets and checking times is fine but trying to renew a Club 50 membership is impossible. Why is this so difficult? After logging in, which is itself problematic, once you can find the Club 50 renewal link, it wants me to log in again and then does nothing. It's incredibly frustrating. If you want to force people to go online to do anything you need to make the digital process easy and it isn't.
