[Update 12/13/23 new error "Unauthorized network location"] "System is not responding, try again later" for last month even after force stopping and deleting cache and data. The app is adequate when I can actually open it. And it figures the one feature that I need most to use, Zelle, doesn't seem to exist on the web potal. Not sure how convenient an account can be when using its services is thwarted by a malfunctioning app (Update: get same error on different phone/location/network)

This app has had the deposit function broken for months now. Every time I try to make a deposit the app will close or it will revert to the main screen when trying to take the picture. I have to try multiple times to get it to work. I've done so many different things with the app to see if anything would work, reinstalled, gave no permissions, gave all permissions, gave only some, force stop, etc. Nothing works and still broken after reporting the app failed.

With my Google Pixel 3A, when I go to deposit checks, the camera pops up with the wrong aspect ratio and angle, making it impossible to take a pic of the check. The only workaround I've found is to wait for automatic capture to time out, then opt to take a pic of the check manually. Then the aspect ratio is still off, but the camera is at leady rotated correctly so you can align it and take a tiny but correct photo. Everything else works fine; just mobile deposit bug is annoying and tedious.
