D1 Training

I can not enter gender(blank drop down) in the profile and it is a required field so I can not register my son for any classes. App is useless to me. Also very confusing as a mom setting this up. I used my name and the "family" option for my son but it pulled up his picture with my name and I had to try to edit the profile to be his name.. since you do not seem to be able to try to select a person for registering.. just to then be told I need to fill the profile out and has the gender issue

App has gone from bad to horrible! I love my classes and the training involved at D1 but Mindbody really needs to start listening to its customers when the customer or owners are tell you that the app is not working. The page where I schedule is frozen and I have not been able to schedule a class for the last 3 weeks! The most important feature of the app does not work and this is embarrassing for you as a company. This needs to be fixed asap!

I have downloaded the app and tried to sign in with my user ID and password I use on the website and it will NOT work on my Android Samsung. I even uninstalled the app and reinstalled and I still can't log into the app with my ID rendering this app as useless.
