Unbearably slow. It's a pretence that this is an enhanced digital experience. The flow is heavily paper based and there's no e-signature capability. The level of responsiveness is ok but the chat bot can't determine answers to what I'd consider basic questions. It's actually several days quicker with an online application form - go elsewhere.

Really annoying app. First it takes few minutes to log in , after 3 times of ''an error has occured , please try again later" . Then when it goes to id check it takes for ever . I have done mine after 3 days and numerous attempts but I haven't as of yet to do my wife s ID check. After taking a photo of the passport it should go to take a selfie- well it doesn't or after you manage to take the selfie it goes back to main screen and it doesn't complete the check. Really really annoying.

Love the app and the communication from Fluent. All calls, messages and documents are logged alongside the application progress, so it's very easy to see where you are at with an application and simple to communicate with your mortgage advisor. Really nice app, well thought out, keeping everything simple and fluid.

What's new

The new look My Fluent app brings a much improved UI, along with chat, and Face / Touch ID for improved security and easier customer login.

We've also upgraded our API resulting in significant speed improvements and introducing dozens of helpful improvements such as message counts.
