FNBC Key Mobile Banking

Sometimes it has issues. The last time, I called the local office and they said it was a system issue, that everybody was having issues and to try again the next day. I tried the next day, didn't work. The following day however it did. I do like banking with FNBC and it is convenient to have my banking balance at my fingertips and be able to make Mobile deposits without having to go into the bank.

I am so glad I'm not the only one having issues with this app. I've done everything from uninstalling to reinstalling and I get nothing but a white screen and then it crashes. It sucks when I need access to my accounts I can't access them. So I have to take off work to go to the bank and check for funds and transfer money around. So I'm gonna stick with my one star rating it would be convenient if the app worked properly but whoever is in charge of running this app isn't doing a good job.

I have 3 kids in college and the FNBC app allows me to transfer $$ to their accts immediately, when needed. I only wish I could see an ongoing balance, not just the present balance. I balance my checkbook from my acct and I need to use the computer to actually accomplish that, since the app doesn't show the ongoing balance. BUT, I really like the FNBC app.
