This app was great when it first launched but the past month or so, presumably after the last update, it works the first few times it's used then it no longer launches. To get it to work again requires uninstalling the app and re-installing. A real inconvenience especially if you happen to be in an area with weak or limited connectivity when it happens. I'm running it on an Andriod platform. Hoping the issue gets resolved soon. I use the app frequently - several times a week, if not, daily.

Twice in the past two weeks I needed two officers of my bank branch to basically jump through hoops for me just so that I could deposit my paychecks. I understand upgrades in security are necessary but they shouldn't have to be that hard!! Also bank should let us all know if/when system is down before we try to log onto account!!
