Fantastic Services are decent but the customer service chat bot in the app is terrible, and it is impossible to reach anyone in the phone as their automated phone menu seems to use the same chat bot technology. EDIT: FS asked me to edit my review on the promise that this would improve but a few months later everything seems exactly the same. Long circular menus and difficult to speak to someone.

Service looks great on paper but be ready to be charged for their own mistakes and incompetence. Their 2.5h delay totally disrupted my moving, driver was hired to help (but didn't, delaying even more) and I was left with the bill for the extra hours. At first they offered 25 pounds in future discount (which just made sure I never wanted to use them again). After a lot of back and forth, they refunded me about half of the amount. CS agent said that I wasn't valuable enough ($ spent). Nice.

The app has quite a few bugs. Sometimes it won't let me complete a booking. I've had to log onto the the website a couple of times to get round it. It always asks for the postcode twice and it can be difficult to find what I want within a job. With a bit of patience I can book simple jobs but with anything complicated it's challenging.
