The customer care facility is very poor while trying to clear the doubts on the amount due. The chargeable number doesn't even have an option to connect to a representative. The card's total outstanding amount is not updated in the app and even without giving the option of auto debit, my account has been debited multiple times. There is a relatively high sum amount due that is showing which is not correct as I have paid all my monthly dues, but still the total outstanding keeps on increasing.

Unable to move ahead of sending sms stage. A perfect example of how sticky an onboarding should not be. And such a humongous reliance on otps. They purposely want users to look for alternatives. Web interface is also complicated. It is designed by a 60 year old for their own understanding. They've never heard of benchmarking. Sad UX overall.... Give an alternative for Sim verification via sms. Start using OTP less technology. You guys are forcing me to switch to HDFC and the likes...

I withdrew a certain 'amount' on the card, but it is showing an additional thousand rupees! I've tried sending them emails and chatting, but it's of no use. The helpline they provided in the app is a joke; it isn't working. Whenever I try to dial it, it says 'This Number Does not Exist.' When I attempt to contact them through their helpline, it just ends the call before even dialing. This is really, really bad. Please do something about it.
