I loved this app for booking my many weekly appointments. It allowed me to book, confirm and add my appointments to my calendar right from the app; however, a recent update has rendered the "add to calendar" option nonfunctional. I now have to enter each appointment into my calendar manually, and I'm pretty sour about it. I book so many weekly appointments through the app that this is now a lengthy time-consuming process.

They do not confirm email addresses. So I'm getting email confirmations for services I haven't booked. If this continues I will start cancelling the appointments. If an app is going to use email, it should confirm the email address. It's rude to not do so. And each email should have an option to unsubscribe. There is no way for me to contact the company from the email. I don't want to get spammed by email from you.

They refuse to delete account!!! I downloaded and installed this. after checking it out decided I'm not interested in using it. inwas unable to find on their website a way to cance/deletel the account so I sent them a message. They were so happy to tell me "Thank you for using Genbook to schedule appointments. I'm afraid we can't delete your customer account. I'm sorry about that. Warmly, Cornelia Business Support & Success" I don't believe for a second they are sorry.
