I've used Genbook for 7+ years, and the app since I've had a smartphone. Reliable app to access your scheduling calendar on the go. Notifications and text alerts ensure you never miss a short-notice booking when a client self-schedules. It has many features you can turn off or on as needed, such as taki g credit card capture or payments, ability to open up time or close it off. Perfect for the individual entrepreneur or group. Responsive customer service.

Overall I like this app. The things I don't like are: 1) For regular customers there are not enough options; I have clients coming at regular intervals that is not available in the options; 2) When a client signs up with "no preference", they don't get the name of the therapist so cannot contact the therapist directly if they need to cancel; 3) If we get someone signing up for a couples massage, only one of the therapists gets the name and number of the clients This is BS. It should update itsel

My experience has been pleasant overall. Customer service is quick and thorough. I Love the credit card capture to book feature, it has cut back dramatically on no shows. A real money saver. On the down side, 2 reasons it doesn't get 5 star. First, clients have to create a login to book an appointment. I've had many clients express frustration at 'another account.' Second, recently I've had problems with some reminders not being sent. All in all a good app.
