This app is okay and has all the tools necessary, but the interface is not that great and even more annoying is when I leave a window that is open on an application in order to view another window (like to view my resume) even for a few seconds, upon going back to the application it is gone and opens back on the SC Works screen instead. So I have to find the job I was applying for, again, and reopen the application. That is annoying.

It's much easier to navigate other job searching apps (Indeed, Careerbuilder, Monster, and Zip Recruiter), than it is to use this app! SC unemployment needs to use other sources that allows them to trace or track individual's job searches. Overall, it needs to be revamped and executed better, especially if they require job searches as a requirement to receive unemployment benefits.

It's a little confusing, but not a bad app. Once you explore the app you get the hang of it. It's not an ideal app as far as user-friendliness, but the jobs are legitimate and I don't mind putting in a little effort. For those who are confused by the app oh, you always have the option of visiting the local office and they can help you navigate it too
