The support is reluctant and slow at resolving controversial situations. Recently I ordered a ride from a ski resort to the airport. The driver went to the airport to pick us up by mistake. I contacted the support to cancel the ride and get refund. The support spent several days asking the driver and me about the events and after that send the case to quality control department. Since then (almost a week ago) I haven't heard from them and they don't answer my emails. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

No way for the taxi to recognise the user, because the user cannot upload a profile picture... that makes it difficult for the Taxi to find you...pickup points like hospitals or airports are easy to busy to try describing yourself. In top of that usually the user had no intent when he arrives in a new country, therefore the user cannot contact the taxi driver when he arrives. Pictures are essential!

Hello, Sebastien. A driver and a passenger get contact information after payment so they communicate to find each other at the pick-up point. Carriers may dowload photos of their vehicles in the system as well. Please send us an email at info@gettransfer.com and we will try to assist you.

This is a scam , everything looked fine until the driver made up a last minute story about not being able to collect. Rang Customer service who advised that it would be best to just cancel the Fare. Money has yet to be returned and radio silence since then. There is no option to refund money back to your account on web or app. DO NOT USE THIS APP
