Washmen is an award-winning on-demand dry-cleaning & shoe cleaning service. Place an order on the app and we will come pickup your items and deliver it cleaned to your doorstep. Ranked #1 in UAE & Asia, our service sets a new standard, and it is 100% contactless and hassle-free.
Your items are in safe hands. Our 30,000 ft² facility is the biggest in UAE and it is powered by some of the world’s best machines and technologies. They’re all designed to clean, sanitize, and minimize fabric strain while maximizing water and energy efficiency in benefit of the environment.
HOW IT WORKS
When you place your first order on our app, our driver will bring you our color-coded bags, so all you need to do is fill those bags according to the service you need:
• The green bag is for our *Clean & Press* service: This is for all items that require special care and pressing including suits, dresses, shirts, blouses, pants, jackets, and more. Priced per item.
• For our pressing service, use the white *Press Only* sticker on any of the bags and we’ll know you just need them pressed. Priced per item.
• The blue bag is for our *Wash & Fold* service: It’s perfect for items suitable for 40°C wash that don’t need pressing like sportswear, homewear, underwear & more. Fill up the bag to the neck for a fixed price of AED 65 per bag!
• The pink bag is for our *HomeCare* service: This is for all your home linens that include towels, beddings, pillows, duvets, blankets, etc. Fill up the bag with up to 15 items for a fixed price of AED 75 per bag!
• Use the orange bag to send your shoes for cleaning. Our newly released ShoeCare service allows you to send your favourite pairs for cleaning, polishing, retouching and much more. We will do our best to return your shoes good and new.
For future orders, we will give you some extra bags, so you can fill and leave outside of your door for pickup.
On the app, you can add special instructions on how you want us to package, fold, hang, crease, or starch your items. You can also report stains or write notes for delicate/expensive items. We’ll make sure your items are well-taken care of and your instructions are followed.

I'm very impressed with this service but am giving it a 1 star because it was a very sneaky and misleading pricing model. They'll advertise a certain price package but charge you significantly more when the bill comes, adding taxes and a "service charge". UAE tax rules stipulate that taxes must be included in the price and can't be added later. I'm surprised no one has complained yet. Also, what on earth is a service charge? Very disappointing.

I use washman app since more than 1 year and I still have some difficulties using it. it is not very intuitive and it doesn't have an easy way to communicate with the company. also it would be good to have in the user's profile a record of all the previous orders with items delivered and costs for each. Finally i think the user should be able, when placing the order, to take pictures or at least list the items he is giving in the delivery bags.
