I just came on board this company and my experience with this app already scares me. I hope that the company is not problematic like this inefficient app. A glitch (error message) has kept me out of my account for a week and even customer service isn't helping... The world is globalising but your app can't interface in multiple languages... I pray I haven't made a mistake migrating to naturgy.

Hello, You should consider disabling the mandatory requirement of having WiFi turned ON at all times. If WiFi is disabled, the app does not start. Can you look into that and change the behavior? Otherwise, the app complies with what is required.

Useless, I haven't seen anything so unresponsive in a long while. I don't think it's gone through QA at all, I can't explain why the app would be so badly done or its functionality hit or miss otherwise. Do *you* use it? I'm sure there'll now be the typical reply asking me to fill up a questionnaire on why it didn't work "for me" or why is this "my experience" like the rest :D, are you even reading what we write? Most of the malfunctions were already detailed by other reviewers... Get to work..
