Comelit Group presents the VISTO, smart video doorbell. It connects a video doorbell on your WiFi network to stream live audio and video directly onto your smartphone or tablet.
Whether you are on vacation in Aruba or just on the couch watching the game, Visto lets you answer and unlock the door with ease.
With an advanced motion sensor that sends you an alert whenever someone walks into your yard or gets too close to your door, you can always monitor what's going on around any entrance to your home.
Visto comes also with free recording for motion detection triggers or visitors ringing your doorbell direct to your mobile device memory. Or an optional Cloud storage service that records video, live 24/7 so you don’t miss a thing.

Had this doorbell for a year or two now. Sadly it's the worst thing ever.. The electrician even replaced it with a 2nd one because the first one worked poorly. We've had to reboot the device atleast 25 times because the camera stops working all the time. Sometimes the bell doesn't even work so we have to check regularilly if it still does. Only the main app person can reset it which is annoying. Sorry to say but my parents buying this was a mistake, especially for the high price.

The hardware is great, the software is terrible: - Disable unlock pin not working - Really slow response rate - Even with solid wifi, the bell is not always ringing. (All permissions set to make sure the app keeps running in the background) - Interface is not user friendly, it only needs to do three things very well: ° Show the camera image immediately when ringing ° Make it easy to speak directly to the people in front of the door (now it takes "picking" up the phone, loading the interface and pressing another speaking button) ° Unlock the door My conclusion: cheap chinese hardware (which is not the limiting factor) with terrible software. Comelit, if you ever want to sell cloud services for these things, get the basics right. (basics = software)

very expensive video door bell and I should have read reviews first. the lag time delay is shocking, person rings bell and you get a notification about a minute later, then half the time the app locks up so you cant see the live video feed. and don't get me started on the activity zone.... oh my God it is useless. worrying thing is Comelit is an industry leader on intercoms. only installed a month and will be replacing it with something else.

Dear Tony, we are sorry for your problems. In normal conditions the call receiving time is around 5s and 8s, what you report is abnormal and could indicate problems not dependent on the app but on your device, on the system installed or on your connection. We kindly suggest to contact your installer/property manager and explain your problems.
