terrible app! 1: totally no login option to manage booking 2: when click on check-in it open apps store to ask you to install another app called bookcabin. 3: even after install the bookcabin app, it still unable to manage my booking after entering my booking number it shows an error "couldn't locate the booking" both app is terrible and lousy. if this app couldn't work please take it down from the apps store and introduce a new app or develop a new app to your customer.

The app is not user friendly. Unable to find desired date on the application. Contacted the support via emails, phone and chat but no respond at all. I have been waiting in the call queue for long time without anyone attended the call. Menawhile the email mentioned that the whatsapp is open 24 hours but no respond for a week. I have follow up multiple times but no respond at all.

Not clear regarding their cancellation fees. If we click "Fare rules", we get a messy text, where everything is presented in most chaotic manner. Confusing, especially if we compare with other ticket-selling apps, which provide very brief and clear information whether cancellation is possible, and what is it's cost.
