worst airline ever... hard to contact, phone not working, chat slow, Whatsapp not working... i choose minus 5 star if available. i only need to buy seat. awful airlines ever : no contact available to contact... sending an email is totally time wasted, nothing gonna happened. you just have no time for us customer. period. minus 10 star if available please google. it's so uncomfortable to deal with this airlines. totally awful day and experience
