Love the convenience of skipping lines and having a digital copy of our receipts! This was working fantastically until they released version 3.0. However, Skip Support was quick to respond to my email and let me know they would be releasing an update to fix the issue - which happened a couple days later. They even gave me some Wallet bucks for the inconvenience! Technology won't always work the way it is supposed to, but that's where good customer service and support are important - both of which Skip has in spades!!

Overall, I have absolutely loved using this app. I have skipped the line so many times when it was backed up several people. I don't know if it recently updated but all of the sudden, it won't load my location and so therefore I can no longer select stores. I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it but it still won't work. I hope it'll get fixed because I will choose stores that have skip and I hate that it's not working!

Formerly great, now awful. Skip was nearly perfect 2.5 years ago. The only missing features (then) was 1) no shared shopping lists and 2) couldn't import Apple checklists. Not only have those features NOT happened, but everything else is now terrible: -awful design. Play-Skool + unreadable + unntuitive -shopping lists are worthless : weigh queue now hides the weight in tiny font -purchases now list randomly, not in ANY order Every good feature got broken in 2 years. Every one.
