I agree that every matrimony has some limitations accessing all the profiles to approach. If this app is only for paid members u should have clearly update in the app description I feel. Because when I like the profile and the other side also accepted my interested unable to contact. It always says upgrade membership to chat or call to start discussion. Could you please help me to understand if something on this?

Ppl, pl don't waste ur💰.We paid 5.5K for the goldplan, but the app has very limited profiles only. Many profiles r married or engaged couples.There r some members who have no facilities to reach d incming calls. We received only 40contacts in total.We have already filed complaints with customer service more than 4times & our mail has been redirected more than 2times. In d playstore, if we give 1 or 2 star, suddenly they will ask to mail but noresponse.dont squander ur money. We need 💰 refund.
