EMBARK Connect is a convenient tool for staying in touch with Oklahoma City's public transit agency.
Available 24-hours a day, 7 days a week, from anywhere; you can quickly submit requests, report issues such as shelter graffiti, service issues, or ask a question.
Users can simply open the App, select an issue, take a picture, and tap submit – the app knows the exact location and sends the issue directly to EMBARK staff. You can also track the status of your requests through the app on your mobile device.

When I open up the app, it gets stuck on a message that says it is "Initializing application... Retrieving site information" and it hasn't gotten past that after several restarts and leaving it for over an hour. I'm on Android 8.1 on an MUV Vortex. And lately it has felt like a vortex, but I doubt it's the phone's fault.

Very good when you need information about rides. Latest version is jumpy and hard to get into the right forms. More daily ride information needed due to weather or extended blockages and detours desperately needed. Thanks.
