Overall, the app works quite ok. But being NOT able to "Report Wrong Visitor" that really defeats the purpose of having the app for security reason. When the "Report Wrong Visitor" button was clicked, it just load forever. Tried killing the app and re-tried several times to no avail. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, no luck either.

Hello, JaGaApp 2.0 works fine to me all the while, until today afternoon when I try to open the application, it doesn't open up, stuck at the red screen. I can still app notifications prompted when visitors checks in, but the app can't be open up for me to look at all functions and register new visitor. Any help or advice? Thank you

Full of advertising, collects data that doesn't need, why would you need access to my contacts. It seems developer has no clue about UI design either. Doesn't allow attaching images from files. Only accept images from camera. I'll rate it as useless, if my community didn't force me to use it, I would uninstall it immediately. And I'm sure developer will come and reply with a few more excuses that it is gudz app.yes I read other reviews and developer answers

Enabling the contacts permission allows you to add your friends/neighbours into your Emergency Contact and to auto-save the Security Guard's contact to your phonebook.
