I always seem to have some problem or the other with this app. Either the booking page doesn't open or it's stuck at loading. Recently after I confirm a movie and select the number of people, it does not go to the next page and I cannot select my seats. Hope this gets fixed properly.

Everytime you guys change the terms & conditions, we have to agree to it by pressing "OK" but what if okay button doesn't show up at all, then the program is totally useless.

the KNet page is crashing after click on any dropdown menu. I tried on my Samsung note 9 and Samsong S7, and Its keep my previous booking chaires on hold on the second trial or if I close the app bofore completing the reservation.
