By far the most pathetic outdated online movie booking platform. App and website both incredibly archaic. Each time they crash (not time-out), the seats you had previously selected become sold/unavailable. Choose to add concessions to your order and admire their crappy website lose its mind. Took 5 attempts to finally book 6 seats (obviously not the ones I initially wanted since they became "sold" each time the platform derped up). Have you people ever checked VOX platform to learn anything?

The have still has bugs. An email confirmation with purchase details is not sent once I buy tickets through the app. And purchase history is always empty when it shouldnt be. Plus the personel are not well trained on info regarding the app. Like getting the conf number to print out the tickets !

App still needs work. Cant input my loyalty card credentials after many tries and cant book a ticket through the app (kept returning an error page after checking availability of ticket)
