I used this app last year to track my skiing and left 5 star review. But this year i tried to recover my password, it's giving an error. I sent a complaint but they say it's working. This app doesn't work for Samsung and windows, only for iPhone.

You better off with paper card from the lift base. The app is clunky to navigate, doesn't give you any useful features and in general forwards you to their website through the in-app browser. There is no easy way to know your way around the resort, the navigator is useless. Map is just a picture of the resort (the same one from the paper map at the ski lifts but not as readable). The weather report is misleading as well, there is no prediction, only last known information.

Previous version was good, nice and simple menu navigation. The new design is not easy to navigate and functionality seems to have either been lost or hidden. plus, it requires you to completely disable battery saving, not just for this app which is have expected but globally.
