Very easy plus it remembers you have a Railcard. It gave me a special offer too! It's worth checking often because there are promotions and special offers that are easily missed. I found today, by chance, there was a special offer that saved me ⅓ because of it being Easter holidays. Delighted because the Greater Anglia trains are the best trains. Thank you!

I have a Club 50 railcard but as soon as I bought it, the app (which gives a 20% discount) stopped accepting PayPal and card payments which means I have to buy my tickets at the station (which is only a 10% discount and inconvenient). I have reinstalled the app, no difference. It's almost as if you planned it that way GA 😒

The good, it essentially works, but 1. I brought up a ticket QR code knowing I might lose reception. As soon as I did the app wiped the QR code from the screen. How stupid! 2. The app completely ignores my phone's accessibility settings, so the fonts stay too small and the dark mode is ignored. For me that makes most of it unusable. Just as well the booking could be done in a browser. Only a minute step up from a ticket machine.
