The Vidanta Resort App is available in English and Spanish for Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta, Vidanta Riviera Maya, Vidanta Acapulco, and Vidanta Puerto Peñasco. The Vidanta Resorts App allows you to get the most out of your vacation.
Located in six stunning destinations along the most beautiful beaches in Mexico, the Vidanta Resorts represent comfort and luxury vacationing at its best. With the Vidanta Resort App, you can look up, locate, and get the lowdown on activities, entertainment, golf, spa, and restaurants while making it easier to navigate the resort. Once you edit and update your profile within the app, you will receive helpful messages and exciting promotions customized to your interest throughout your stay.

• Finding offers and schedules for spa and golf.
• Making spa reservations directly from the app, available now in Nuevo Vallarta.

• Making reservations at your favorite restaurant, available now in Nuevo Vallarta, Riviera Maya, and Acapulco.
• Book your tickets for Cirque du Soleil JOYÀ directly from the app.

Does NOT work!!! Installed upon arrival which was the only time that it seemed to work. After that, the map view did not show filtered locations. Even before that the locations were incomplete. Menus for dining and bars were unavailable. It was better to use Google or some search engine provided you know what to look for.

I have been trying to sign up on this app for over a week, just spins and spins then nothing. Not good enough in this day and age, now when I get to NV, I won't be able to book a restaurant in advance, in Spring Break, when the resort is at full capacity. when you have kids that are hungry and have been travelling all day, its good to have a reservation.

We apologize for the inconvenience! For best results, we recommend dismissing the login request as it is not mandatory for making reservations.
In order to make a reservation once you've dismissed the login, click the dining section on the home page, then select any formal-dining restaurant at Nuevo Vallarta to place a reservation.

The app worked while we were at the resort last year which was really helpful. We are planning another trip and can only access the map. The restaurants won't load. I have reinstalled the app and it still doesn't work.
