The app works well, but takes a little figuring. Would like to see the Smart Open settings tweaked to allow for longer open times and even shorter geofence, if possible. I have kids, so getting to the front door in 30 seconds is rarely realistic. Having said that, whenever I actually do make it to the door within 30 seconds, I find that the door is unlocked and ready for me to enter without issue. I love lock and the app is a great companion.

2/22/19 When this thing works, it's great, but it's very glitchy. I never know if my lock is going to work until I pull into the driveway. The latest update seems to have messed up bluetooth connecting in some way. One thing I would really like to request is the ability to set a longer opening time so I don't have to race to the door. 3/23/20 and it still hasn't improved. The app is very random and unreliable. The lock itself is great. The app needs a major update.

Are you talking about the Smart Open feature? So, did you adjust your sensitivity as I said? Or do you want manual mode? Please contact support@thekeywe.com for further information. The review page has a limited number of characters, and there is not enough information about you to help.

I have had huge trouble with both the iOS and Android versions of this app. I have been unable to permanently register a lock; I keep having to enter a guest code. Most of the time, the Android app won't connect to the lock; the iOS version is only slightly more reliable. I got locked out for five minutes today while experiencing server connection errors. If I had paid for the lock, I would be demanding a full refund. I'm demanding physical keys from the property manager. UNACCEPTABLE.

Once we register our KeyWe door lock, it is impossible to re-register before deleting. The first registered master administrator can add users by adding users. Also, our server was intact, and if it fails, the server will restart. Android phones that do not officially support Google services can not be used. Please contact support@thekeywe.com.
