Can be a bit clunky, particularly with location awareness. It's very easy to order from the wrong store particularly if there is more than one in your general area. I've sent and order to the wrong store a couple of times now and no way to cancel or otherwise change the store. End up paying for nothing and having to place a new order at the correct store.

Why can't the store push to the app to say the order is ready. Instead it just switches to ready at the time it predicts when you first place the order, except for when it is actually ready. Standing at the counter being looked at like an idiot for 10 minutes because the app says my food is ready. Also, if I want to sit in the store to eat and use the app, I can only order it as takeaway. Would be good if the tables were numbered and could get the food delivered to the table.

I've had GYG for work lunch every day for years. Lately when I hit reorder on the app it takes me to the order summary screen and loads endlessly so I can't place the order. Several times I've had to give up and find something else to eat. I'm going to stop trying altogether soon. Please fix this.
