Unable to sync to the app. Have tried about 5 times uninstalling it and installing it again. Still won't sync. 'timed out, stopped scanning' keeps appearing. I am also unable to connect the device to Bluetooth. If you don't have the app synced, you are unable to change the date and time on the NuBand, which is frustrating. I emailed NuBand and they haven't been helpful at all. Just telling me that it has been tested with my phone model. Very annoying indeed. Probably should have forked out more money for a FitBit. At least they work!

An ok app, works reasonably well. Two improvements would help a lot though: 1. the ability to lock a nuband to the app, we've got 2 on our house and it tries to sync to the nearest band which is irritating and can cause data issues. 2. the sleep calculator works on a 12am to 12am basis, so your sleep calculation for the previous day is always half of last night and half of the night before, it's a bit useless really.

it's okay. the physical device itself is great, around 3 weeks between charges. But the app isn't brilliant, font sizes are poor (small) on modern devices with large screens. The general look and feel of the app is childish and not at all in time with typical Android apps, it would benefit from modernising!
