I just began Blue Cross Blue Shield for my health coverage; it's been a very smooth experience. The expert representative I spoke with was expert in this realm, knowledgeable and helpful to find what's best for me. It was a quick turn around during application and acceptance. The online portal is easy to understand and navigate, and has complete and comprehensive information that applies to my case. I feel very at ease with my heath provider changes and very secure in the provisions.

Well OnTarget seems like it would be awesome if it worked... cant sync my fitbit I always get an error saying it is unavailable at that time. For weeks it has not worked. My appointments and what I have paid dont seem to be tracked either so truly not sure the point of this other than being able to view my insurance card on my phone...

Basic functions of the application do not work. Provider finder crashes with a "Something Went Wrong" message when trying to use it. The automatic add insurance card function also fails with a connection error. Better off using the website. Not worth downloading.
