Service opens at 6pm, app wont allow you to book before then, even by a minute. Says its available in our area, yet every time we try to use it, 6:01pm its "were completely booked". Have only managed to get a booking twice in 2 years, one doctor great, one absolutely terrible and unprofessional. Even then it was "were booked out and will update if we can fit you in". Im not sure why this service exists if you can never use it

I can't even get past the details page, as soon as I enter them all in, which does take a while, all I get is "Error Submitting Patient" whenever I reach the end. I even tried changing the details just to see if it would work but no, this app is just hopeless. Look at all the reviews listing all the countless problems and tell me any different

Very easy and convenient. However be sure to click ”none of the above" in the optional answers once at covid section and not the "none of the above" button at the bottom. Otherwise it ends the wizard that allows an easy online submission and instead diverts U to proceed via making a phone call. Seems like unnecessary Symantics
