I like the app because I can save songs, look them up easy, blah blah....that gives it some decency BUT I can never use it. I've been to round 1s in Michigan, Washington, even one where they only used healsonic and still can't connect..what is the point? Most places have the book....just use that and save the space on your phone UNLESS you have to type it manually

I love the fact that I can view the entire song library from my phone, so I don't have to leaf through the books that may or may not be falling apart or dirty. However I never can get my phone connected to the healsonic system, so I cannot take advantage of the "setting up a queue" system. However for not having to go through a book alone this makes it one of my favorite apps whenever I go to karaoke.

App connection to room system is random at best. Songs added to the app queue don't actually display on the TV's. What does "Send Request" even mean and why is that button a different style than the "Insert as Next Song" button? Pair this with the unresponsive physical remote buttons and you have a perfectly unusable karaoke experience. My first attempt using this at the Round 1 arcade in Towson, MD will be my last. Korea and Japan have done karaoke rooms for decades without issues. Got gud.
