Telehealth is an appointment on phone or video, you’ll speak to your practitioner over secure HealthEngine video, regular phone, or by using Facetime, WhatsApp or Skype (dependent on the practice set up).
Many health issues can be solved through Telehealth and it’s a great pre-screener to touch base with your healthcare practitioner. Sometimes, the practitioner will need to see you in person and ask you to come in for a follow up appointment, or provide you with the next steps.

I have 2 issues with this app. 1: even though in app there seems to be the ability to book a long consultation, it does not work (at least with my preferred practice. 2: following point 1, if you book direct with the practice, it does not reflect back to Health engine. Past that the app itself generally seems to work ok. I do wonder though as to who is actually storing my data .

Good features but annoying setup. Forces you to make a passcode you can't progress to next page unless you do. I'm already using a password. Can't update mobile number without emailed link and link doesn't work if you are using a VPN. So you want to force me to use extra security by sending to my email but force me to turn off my VPN and reduce my security? I'm already into my account, just let me change my number ! Also if you chop and change pages it sometimes stalls. Better off using website.

Too much spam from this app. Can't turn notifications off because you may need one from your actual doctor but really don't need the advertising spam. No opt out option for advertising within the app.
