Overall great app. Easy to use. Great chatbot assistant. However you CANNOT use it over a non Wi-Fi network. No matter you cell phone signal or service (5G, LTE makes no difference) you will have the spinning wheel of doom for at least 10 minutes before the app loads fully. Once I started using a WiFi connection that problem stopped immediately.

Constant issues with logging in and they want a code sent to my email EVERY SINGLE TIME I want to open the app. The app could be useful but the support folks don't always bother getting back to you about your requests. When they do, it can be very helpful but without consistency it's just frustrating.

The idea of the app is great and I've used it for awhile. For the first few years, I never had any issues. Now the app doesn't like to load, it's very glitchy and you can barely get to your requests due to all the glitches. (This is even after updating the app, deleting and redownloading, etc). I dont know what happen to the app this year but it definitely does not work as expected anymore (I'm also using only a year old device)
