Mitigated. The application does not report reliably the correct state of road sides. It works well for the 1st snowfall of the season... But after that, it is not updated fast enough and gets disconnected from reality if it snows often.

Outstanding application, period. The reporting problem comes from the City of Montreal's website (where Info-Neige takes its info). As of January 2024, there seems to be a new cretin causing mayhem by entering and scheduling snow plowing operations that are totally inaccurate and managed BY the City of Montreal at their IT facilities. Info-Neige isn't to blame, go check out the Ville de Montreal's website and you'll notice quickly that the streets' clearing status is wrong...all the way!

Never ever rely on this dishonest application if you don't want your car towed. Useless. City is not doing its job properly. They are really mixing streets, they showed one side of the street green with unknown status and the opposite street in red, they came at 1 AM, towed the cars in the green side. While the cars were parked in the red side. You will pay a ticket because their application is unreliable, who is going refund you? None... this is how the city works. I am disappointed. Big shame.
