Cool app! Just make sure to always backup when adding new info so you will have an up-to-date backup if something happens like accidentally uninstalling the app or having to do a factory reset on your phone. I email the backups to myself because a factory data reset erases all saved files on your phone and if you forget to switch the file from phone to sd card, you WILL LOSE All Saved Backups, which means loss passwords. All in all, great password app.

The app is easy to use. I have found two issues that could improve it. first it is not easy to export your entire vault contents to a spreadsheet. Second it would be good to be able to store pictures of passwords and other info. Overall a very good vault!

Latest app update lost my password and now I can't access the vault Update: Restoring a vault backup did not fix this issue. I found the solution on my own. I fixed the problem by uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. Rating it 4 stars otherwise I'd give it 5 without the glitch.

We are sorry you are facing the problem. HexaVault keeps a backup of the vault in HexaVault_Backup folder on your phone's storage. If you had the updated version of HexaVault before this then you can see this folder and restore the vault from there.
