Neuron E-scooters and E-bikes

Horrible! I had to create a new Gmail account because my old one was in use but there was no way to login and rest it when using new phone number. The scooter kept stopping with error message you are not in the riding zone even when others were riding fine. Then it was impossible to park with "you are not in the parking zone" even when I have been standing right next to all the other scooters

App won't let me end trip as camera won't work. These leads to additional charges. I've tried closing and opening the app and restarting the phone. The app has permissions to access my camera. This has happened several times now.

The Neuron app and e-scooters my wife and I use in Melbourne and Townsville are so good. The app's so easy to use and finding a nearby e-scooter couldn't be simpler. Had to contact Support regarding a concession discount and its response was immediate. Two thumbs up to this great company because it makes our movement around D'lands, Southbank and Port Melbourne fun as well as functional. Around Townsville there is minimal public transport along The Strand so the Neuron e-scooters are invaluable.
